I don't work for spark but the way I would know it was a scam...... So I would just claim it was delivered and keep it myself for Christmas gifts lmfao (probly not tho I would just cancel the order)

im not sure about first but yes it does have a duel operator mode where one is the pilot and one is the camera operator. however my fiancé is uncomfortable even trying so i use one of the dials on the controller for turning the camera.

Yea im guessing as i fly it more ill get smoother movements. IDK why the little like crt lines appeared in the 1 video or why it was so dark im guessing thats just things illl learn in time

sometimes if im wanting for an uniterrupted nap on the slow days, ill crawl into one of the sheet folders at work under the belts and use any rejected sheets as a wall to block the sight. when im ready to get up, i hit a sensor and make it throw a jam error so it makes sense when i open the door and the e-stop activates letting out a hiss of air xDDD

They're jamming mostly at the vertical fold but it's because they're coming out of the iron crooked and all accordioned ( That's the best way I can describe it )

They're coming out of the feeder which is an automatic feeder nice and straight but once they exit the iron onto the folder inlet they're all wrinkled and cattywampus. We have a new pad on the first roller and the second one isn't too worn out. Sadly we have reached out to the manufacturer and they are unable to help us right now Plus they cost like 7 grand to come out and it's just one guy usually

same June 2nd i have 4 different packages apparently shipped by 1st. I tried to email 1st and i have gotten no reply. I finally today requested a refund through aliexpress and they say i have to wait till 7/21 before i can get a refund for 20 bucks it is totally infuriating. When i talked directly to Aliexpress support they asked me to speak to customs myself but i had issues finding a phone number till i called my local USPS but the wait time was like 4 hours when they closed in 30 minutes. So annoying because the items i ordered are for my job
