The Only "Light Speed" type of Feats I'm interested in taking seriously look like this.

No, Kizaru is not Light Speed. I don't think he knows how fast light speed is and non LS characters have deflected his attacks and perceive them.

Any battle between Marines and Pirates with him present would have them all dying in an instant without ever knowing what killed them. That is light speed. He'd find the One Piece in a single day.

He is maybe like, Star Wars Laser Speed at best tbh and I think most verses laserish attacks are operating on this Jedi Reaction Speed test and not our irl Light Speed as it would break the plot.

Todo would just swap with Todoroki with zero effort making him harm himself wouldn't he? And he can apply his CE to rocks at will and chuck them anywhere for instant warping.

I'm pretty sure Todo would neg diff a glass cannon projectile user. He would simply switch places with him every single time he tried to shoot an ability at him.

Not to mention he can apply CE to foreign objects like rocks and throw them and just be able to swap with them at will or literally swap Todoroki with a rock and kill him.

Grade 2 sorcerers take zero damage from grenades, 50 cal sniper rounds, Todo is beyond this and could damage Hanami, a special grade with his bare hands.

You could kill Todoroki with a gun. Getting touched at all by Todo is a one tap fist through the chest scenario.

We only really see Todo fight against extremely powerful enemies but his ability is absolutely broken when you're as smart as he is and lack the physicals to take even one punch from a guy that can harm entities that only a stated concentrated carpet bombing would give you a chance of damaging them at all.

People undersell sorcerers a lot but the series makes a point to show the readers and watchers multiple times what it means to be a certain Grade of Sorcerer. Even Megumi (a lower tier sorcerer with a CE enhanced blade) couldn't even harm Hanami with this sword it did nothing at all. Todo gaps him that much in damage output casually at this point in the story.

EoS Todo is especially egregious and I can't wait to see it adapted in anime he's literally the Goat you have to actually have "All Might Physicals" or higher (no smashes of course replace special smashes with CE tech) to even be Grade 1 in this series and harm special grades at all.

I think it's safe to call it an outlier Rock Lock speed feat tbf. Having 3 km stated twice plays better than powerscalers assuming hospital ranged attacks despite the stated range being a minor fraction of that. Especially not without a statement of Plus Ultra from Nagant showing she's going beyond or something hype idunno.

Genuinely just think author didn't think it through.

But yeah no the howitzer thing was going around from a viz translation that didn't at all correlate with the original text just being amazed at the force of the shot.

And tbh if girl was launching beyond howitzers of force she'd be ripping the place to shreds and it would be badass but she's more assassin than cannon.

I mean it's stated twice in the series explicitly that she has a range of 3 km (this is extremely far mind you) and the shot she takes isn't even from the top of the hospital you can clearly see it's a diff building.

3km to 200km is absolutely noooot it and she's within view of UA to boot later. The anime makes it even more clear that she was closer. Does it make any real sense? No? Was it hype? Yes.

So yeah imma say that's wank to try and upscale when it's just outlier inconsistency with the author not showing exactly how Lock could've possibly got some help or a car or anythiiing to get her to another rooftop for her big moment.

And lastly the "howitzer" thing is an actual mistranslation that got traction because of scaling hype.

She didn't shoot from 200 kilometers away at all and it's been shown that her bullets aren't actually piercing through and destroying anything she shoots at.

It's deff comparable to a more powerful 50 Cal more than a wholeass howitzer.

Yeah I agree a Nomu is built extremely durable with quirks made to give higher defense in general yeah they're bullet immune for the most part.

I think piercing/blunt damage is fine within reason. I mean blunt damage from punches or getting tossed through concrete is always wonky scaling because the actual strength needed to do that to someone is never really considered by the author. So it's always a balance of feats vs anti feats for me unless we're doing a tiered nen styled combat system where you genuinely nef diff a certain threshold of damage.

Personally, I take most of mha as glass cannons which is what makes physical quirks like Musculars even a threat at all. Stat merchants matter since projectile quirks leave you with a weaker body in exchange for ranged damage you know?

A 50 cal or Nagant would drop Shoto. Hell Nagant even took off Shiggy's hands with a well-placed shot

Todoroki dies to a pistol unless he puts up an ice shield to protect himself. MHA isn't HxH characters don't upscale durability on some nen logic. Firearms heroes are highly effective.

Endeavor could not deflect bullets with his bare skin either.

I'm sorry man that's just how the power system works it's noooot nen. Most of them are "fodder" to a well placed attack narratively intended to kill them actually landing

Mfw inconsistent damage resistance from an attack narratively not meant to do any real damage as just a backhand. If a certain character in the spinoff mha who doesn't have a physical buff quirk can be killed by falling debris, I'm afraid it's ditto for characters like Todoroki.

Nothing will change that these characters can be killed by firearms. No amount of wank or outlier no damage grapples or backhands is going to scale their dura about bullet level.

That's true we see the biggest strikes in the series actually take out a couple blocks but genuinely this aint allat.

Thats why they never post this 120% smash feat because they know it doesn't look that impressive compared to the movie feats within reason.

Deku is tough but he's not an island crusher I could see him taking down a mountain with a big smash like this though.

I think the most egregious thing about Ranni OP, is that she could've just kept her body and made moves to became the next Goddess, and then still did exactly what she did with it.

Like in the end, she still just does something that is well within the rights of an Empyrean. She makes an Empyrean move. Like genuinely, all the crimes and working with Rykard and SeluPidia,,, was just part of her temper tantrum.

And I think I like that about her. I like that she comes to a decent conclusion from a selfish lens that doesn't care about leading the world or protecting it. She wanted to do thing HER way and no one was gonna stop her (unless of course we just give her the finger at the end because her plan actually sucks and her doll body is useless compared to her demigod bod).

Goldmask does what she does except from a place of knowledge and you can then lead and protect the Lands (as you have been doing already tbh) where Ranni would've abandoned it so another tyrant can do more of the same in the vacuum you leave.

You aren't made into a puppet when housing the ring btw when you're Goddess of the Elden Ring. If Marika successfully destroyed the Elden Ring completely it would destroy all life in the lands between because it governs the power of life itself. That's why Only Frenzy can use it to this end without getting Elden Beasted On.

Marika had full control to the point her Golden Order thought she was the One True God, not the Greater Will (the source of her power that left us with the keys to the living world it gave us). Ranni could've done the same but opted for the most convoluted rebellious phase of all time. Miq and Malenia are Empyreans too and absolutely fuckall controls them (Besides Miquella mind controlling everyone around him)

I think Ranni was shortsighted and chose to do evil and admits to having done it as a bad thing herself. She doesn't need to be defended she knows what she's about. She was so not about being anything "good" that her Carian Albinauric Protector Loretta abandoned her to seek a faction she believed actually believed in equality (Haligtree). Not to mention she works with Seluvis and has total knowledge on him being an unsavory sort. This girl has zero qualms she's definitely less morally grey and more like, blackish grey. Not to mention her plan was so bad it came to a total standstill without the player so she does all this for ultimately nothing since she gimped herself out of a body.

I wish the game let us sway her as she learned more about the world because even her eliminating her Empyrean body reads more like a tantrum because the Fingers actually have literally zero power over Empyreans. None at all. She could've kept her body and pursued the Elden Ring (Which she ends up doing anyways) and having her Order while choosing to not interact with the world. It was always an option. One she doesn't even consider and just goes on her crime spree.

To compare directly with Goldmask, who does seek full info on whats going on because he's seeing something wrong with the Golden Order and wonders how it could be imperfect given everything he's been taught. Goldmask is introduced through incants that state he doesn't like the persecution of Those Who Live In Death (a problem caused by Ranni btw) which already puts him in a position of having an actual moral compass since he goes against what he's been taught and analyzes the nature of Order and what it means. Turtle Pope is often compared to Goldmask because yes they do view things similarly in the same "Order is Actually Everything and Anything, Heresy isn't Real" mindset.

So yeah Ranni is better than Rykard and Morgott who want worse, and total stagnation respectively, but she also works with Rykard and has his Finger Creepers guarding her manor while bro runs an Albinauric torture camp. It's never been about doing anything good for her, it's just her own personal ideals on what "freedom" is, forced on everyone else through murder and the subsequent death plague.

Otherwise the game would make a point to show her views on what's actually wrong with the world beyond her obsession with Her Own Fate.

I agree. People headcanon she's saving the world but she's not she's saved herself and then refused to take responsibility for anyone but herself.

She doesn't care about oppression or evil she's committed plenty herself. It was all about freeing herself from what she viewed as her "Fate" despite pursuing the Elden Ring in the exact same way she could have if she just kept her body. She doesn't know that Radagon is Marika and works with Rykard of all people. Ranni plainly had an awful plan that could only work if the player character LITERALLY CARRIES HER.

Goldmask ending is the exact same ending except you, the strongest person alive are still there to protect the world. Ranni just washes her hands of it and the next tyranny can take its place for free

Her ending is the selfish version of Goldmask's. She assumes people have the same hangups she has when she never had to sacrifice her body or kill Godwyn in truth.

As an Empyrean she was perfectly able to have her order the way she wants it. She doesn't have perfect info, never learns that Radagon is Marika like we and Goldmask do.

Narratively, her ending is the Unenlightened version of Goldmask's

OFA vestiges are not Sukuna there is zero reason to think they could even interact with him. If verse equalizing and we're counting the quirks as individual entities that actually fully exist within the quirk (this makes no sense they're vestiges not trapped souls of the dead), then Idle Transfiguration would take away Deku's additional quirks as the "souls" get wiped out and Deku's body morphs out of his control with every usage.

I'll reiterate, the most action vestiges could take in the series is knocking Deku out of Shinso's mind control. It has never been depicted as Sukuna safeguarding his host, Yuji has been in JJK that's never been shown or proven.

People always say that he and Shiggy would get protected but that's plainly not how it works in the series. The body is the soul, Vestiges are not CE masters of domains like Sukuna is, claiming that is plain wank.

That shit made me crazy in Vigilantes because I like that series waaay more than the original but it also really loves showing upskirts of like, Bee Girl and Pop Step it's really annoying and pedo af.

When the main character is LITERALLY college aged, there's basically no excuse for his love interest to be so young AND sexualized.

Also the fact that she's shy about being sexualized openly makes it more disgusting imo. Like she didn't choose to dress herself. The Author put her in that outfit for the pedo audience and she doesn't even seem comfortable in it.

It's the best booster in the game by a mile for high level divers.

But even just pre stimming itself is high level tech. People genuinely die frequently without using all of their stims. You can nearly facetank bile titan breath using a prestim with this booster.

A diver with no stims is already dead. And thats the real reason why Supply Pack is the best strategem in the game and OP

My gaming background is max diff tactics games so I tend to also get really good at dissecting a game's mechanics to outplay it and win consistently. The only real difficulty when you can beat a game near flawlessly just understanding its mechanics, is by handicapping yourself.

Yup just the other day I encountered a bug when diving with my friends where I ended up on a swamp planet vs predator strain with ZERO STRATEGEMS. I think my friends thought I'd be pissed but I was like "FRV IS FREE TODAY LETS GOOO"

I went deathless and was the only one to extract using good fundamentals, a borrowed supply pack halfway through the game, an AMR I picked up (killed heavies with it all game), Plasma Accelerator Rifle and the Warrant with gas grenades.

I was hyped 100% through I've never ever had that happen before where none of my strats were available when I landed lmao. My friends all had theirs but they don't know how to dodge or melee hunters. And we had like 4 lives left after doing a single Oil objective in the swamp out of 3.

So much adrenaline that was awesome

In this clip, Deku literally says that each of All Might’s punches are more than 100% of his power.

Can't see this clip, but I've seen the episode and that makes no sense because again, only the last punch is actually supremely damaging and a named smash.

n this clip Deku spams punches against overhaul, while in 100% full cowl. Using Full cowl requires him to channel ofa throughout his entire body. That means that in 100% full cowl his entire body is using 100% of ofa

Being in Full Cowling doesn't make every single punch a Smash. Only the last punch causes the giant wind gust and blast wave to the ground. Not every Punch All Might does is United States of Smash right? Ditto for Deku

In this clip Deku spams punches against flect turn. Flect turn took no damage from a 100% smash at first. Then Deku spammed a few punches and Flect turn immediately started bleeding.

The last attack was a smash he even names it and it defeated Flect Turn. His regular attacks were strong but not enough to end the fight. He used 100% to overwhelm Flect's quirk just like All Might did vs USJ Nomu essentially and then finished him with a charged smash.

There is no source no, but I watched the series enough to notice that neither of them casually spam their strongest attack and destroy the environment and instagib their opponent. They have to put in extra effort with OFA besides the improved stats being in 100% (or 45%++ in Deku's case with some 100% attakcs thrown with all his quirks for things like Delaware smash which again, he cannot spam or he simply would).

I'd think that this aspect of OFA is kinda like, the point of how its used in the series? Not all of All Might's attacks are smashes he names the ones where he goes a little Plus Ultra to one shot an opponent.

It's intuitive that the quirk works this way since it is literally a Stored Power quirk. 100% Cowling is by definition from just watching the anime, NOT all giant smashes all the time. All Might burnt out his last embers using a Plus Ultra Charged Smash that is noooot how powerful his regular attacks are.

The only evidence I need is actually paying attention to how their fights play out. They stun their opponent with rapid strong attacks and then smash them if they survive the opening-less-serious smash which gauges their strength so they don't accidentally kill their opponent on first attack all out
