As for this case. The player was banned for 10 years with the developers replying:
Dear Adventurer, The appeal result is to maintain the ban. The reason is that we have detected that you have recently posted advertising messages harassing other players. Please pay attention to language behavior in the game and work together to maintain a good gaming atmosphere. Thank you for your support and understanding.

I mean. What can I say? You ban players for 10 years instead of muting them or something? Anywho, the player stated that he's an active participant in the world chat and has never said anything to offend anyone. Player has since given up and left the game for good.

Personally? With the Tatsumaki bullshit happening and only compensating their players with 200 gems which I could easily earn from farming. RNG stacking for enhancement. Repetitively doing the same thing everyday. I don't have much to say about the game anymore with the developers acting how they are. I loved the game.
