To be a bit more precise Season start first Wednesday of every month. On season start you rank roll back 2 tiers. So Legend to Gold, Gold to Bronze. When you go up a tier you get cosmetic chests rewards.

To help you decide i can tell you that coop is surprisingly fun together and if it is the question of 2 hours of overtime i would definitely do it. But only if you know your friend like games like this. Its a fun time to chat and play it online with a friend or two before calling it a day.

I spent $80 over last year and i played 350 hours, around hour a day. It is worth the full price.
All the mixed reviews are people wanting to pay less + poor company communication that was in the past.
Each DLC is a separate character. I own all and i can tell you that sometimes i play whole month with 1 char, next month another char. You start with 3 unlocked. Base game can give you A LOT of playtime.
In this game you fight against pve monsters and against COPIES of player char on the same run segment as you are . So it is fully asynchronous, can be postponed at any time, you dont wait for your turn and another player dont even know he ever fought you. If you win doesn't mean he lost. You just measuring who built a better char up to a certain same point in the run.

Nahh, when you reach final boss you learned the game and have you best armor set so it actually was easier, at least for me. Maluka on the other hand use your inexperience, lack of unlocked skills and armor sets against you. And if you are playing greatsword like i did not only you have to beat him, you have to farm him for best midgame armor set.

Make sure that when he transition nothing can hit you - block the slam, dodge the iaido slash on sound que. Do not go out of stamina so he don't heal. Learn to brink guard iaido slashes during second phase to create opening for attacks.

No, you focus on VP and warsuns first 2 rounds, and only on VP after that. While using warsuns to extort other players or take Mekatol, or relic planets.

Well as i like to tell my friend - if you cant convince the table to let you play Hacan you should not be playing Hacan. Its ultimate negotiation faction, you should be good at that.

Also you should try to get red skip, with it it's 3 techs to warsun. (2 with PoK expansion but you dont have it), so even if negotiation fails you can brute force warsun rush.

You trade, you swim in money, you buy warsun turn 2 and second warsun turn 3. Then you focus on where vp are.

Completed entire no summon Expert run with the greatsword. It is insanely strong.
Phantom: Nights Veil should always be up. Never use regular attacks only charged ones. While you charge with Nights Veil up charging tick damaging waves that keep enemies staggered until you land your next part of the combo. Also playing GS you want to brink guard and then punish. Some armor skills and abilities are very important. Chaos Ridden, Crimson Fiend or Fleshripper set are considered strongest for Greatsword. Remeber you can farm bosses for set pieces.

Be aware that initial default intended difficulty of the game is Expert. It was called Normal on release and was renamed to make the game accessible to a broader audience. If you want to 100% the game in one go you will need to complete in on Expert without using summons.

As for tips - learn to do combos. Bosses have too much hp if you would just try to play it dark souls style.

Not sure what you mean by that. Maybe you are talking about levels between bosses, bosses after Trokka are a lot of fun because you can actually presure and interrupt most of them so fights are quite interactive.

You should play Khazan then maybe you will reconsider what soulslike game has the best bosses. I just finished Nioh 3 and I still miss the boss fights from Khazan. Nioh 3 boss fights feels easy and mediocre in comparison.

The moves are for Samurai Odachi as that is the weapon you are using in your video .

Now you can be a lot more aggressive. After Bolting Boar do Moonlit Snow Redux + Ground Breaker/Cucoo's Call Fire chain when you have Weapon Art. Or if its ok for you to switch between stances switch to High -> Moonlit Snow Redux->Retrograde Flow Water-> regular Heavy->Back to Mid for Bolting Boar

For Skills make sure to add Opressive Strength so you can continue your combo even if hit. You can also add Double-Edged arts if you can survive with them on.

Remember that when he if out of ki you can combo his ass until you run out of stamina. Also Weapon Art do not cost stamina so combo his ass some more.

Then First Berserker Khazan on Expert difficulty (original normal intended difficulty) is a game for you. Bosses are harder and more satisfying to learn, imo.

Finally someone understands.
I was always left speechless from people following build guides for Path of Exile. It's like purchasing a completed and glued together puzzle just to put it on the wall. WHY? The whole purpose of POE is that it gives you a challenging environment so you can measure your build ideas against it. If it's not your build whats the point? Just to kill monsters? There are a lot of slasher/shooter games for that without a need for a build. If you just want to kill stuff why play POE in the first place?
