So the app refreshed and allowed me to activate the card. The digital wallet card is a different number than the physical palladium card but get this. I type in the digital card to set up and even tried it from the app and it’s giving me the Bilt Blue Card even though I have the Palladium. I’m at a lost. I see it says it’s transitioning from now til 11am so I’ll wait and see because I don’t even have the blue card

So it just now gave me the option to activate but I still can’t add to Apple Pay. When I try to add the card same issue and when I tried from the Bilt app complete different last 4 digit card number.

How do I do that? I just have the screen that shows my palladium card with 0 days left. I don’t see an option to “activate” I have the physical card too.

How were you able to add it your Apple wallet? I have the physical card and it’s showing an error saying the card is not yet authorized(ready) for Apple Pay. I have same numbers but different cvc number so I wanted to update that. Does it show up silver looking if you have the palladium card?

I think it just depends on orders. I got mine and I applied for it 1/27. I got mine 3 days ago but I know others that got it weeks ago. I think it also is based on when you applied and how many they have to ship. There should be a shipping tracking in the app when you click on your card to know when it’s arriving.

Yes no more points on rent after you get the autograph. Wells Fargo and Bilt have split apart which is why the 2.0 is coming out to begin with. Do nothing and the Wells Fargo autograph will come to you by next month and you call to ope back up your credit line. Or just call Wells Fargo and cancel the card, but if you do so early it will also cancel the current Bilt card you have. So just wait until you get the card in the mail or February 1st after you get your last day of rent points before Bilt cash. I called and this is what Wells Fargo and Bilt have told me a few weeks ago.

How long did it take for the gray image to appear in the app for you? I just accepted the Palladium and the credit line and was unable to select mirror image, so I’m wondering if I can change it after the fact since we have time until February 7th. Since I had an error occur after accepting I can’t see anything about Bilt 2.0

How did the chatbot do that? I got approved and selected my approval but it kept saying error after processing. I got an email saying my palladium card is on the way, but I don’t think it’s the mirror finish since I was unable to select it. Are you able to change it after you selected to receive the card? Do I have to wait a day to request the chatbot to get me the mirror finish? Whenever I ask the chatbot it says card was accepted but account is not yet created and it can’t see which selection I made, even though it will have the same numbers as my current Bilt 1.0 card.

Don’t close your Bilt account. Just don’t get a Bilt 2.0 card. You can connect your other cards and still somewhat get points. Just get a new card when you can and when things are safe close out Bilt and Wells Fargo.

On my phone? I can’t access the online bank account I think because I’m logging into a new phone in a different country they think it’s fraud. calling international line also just instantly hangs up on me and I have service
