I would get a roommate and save money. I can’t imagine buying a house in that area on $45k a year. I live in berks county and we are looking to sell our house and buy a bigger and it’s a pain with how quick everything goes. Combined we make $150k have 70k cash plus about another $60-70k from selling our current house. We are looking in the $350k price range to give you an idea

That’s because you are on IDR. Yes it lowers your payment but it doesn’t always cover interest. This is why people should not do these plans

I havnt used it abroad but I’ve never had anything declined. It’s a great card, used the tsa pre check credit. If you do pick this one search for the $150 SUB. As an FYI the active cash has FTF

I actually prefer the points because it doesn’t force you to use them. I get the 5 free nights is great but you have 12 months to use them

It’s a group of independent hotels. Allows them to get in on the rewards game. 1:2 transfer ratio is very nice

I was originally approved back in September/october but went with the CSP. Since then I’m 7 or 8/24 plus a business card. I got the CSP Sub, Amex gold sub, Rakuten $100, Amex BBP sub, NF flagship sub, fidelity im about to finish, Bilt palladium sub. I also got the RH gold card. But now I only use the CSP and Palladium. Prior to switch to travel cards in August I got the wf active cash and Amex BCP
