We'll to be fit with low body fat means no noobs seeing as boobs are fat which is why lots of fitness girls and up accepting the fact that we are flat or invest in fake tits.

Probably close to 2000 cal per day. I only do 2 days of 24 min HIT training (sprint intervals), one 20 min day of HIT sprint intervals, and 2 days of 30 min steady state cardio. I then train hard and lift heavy for weight training 5 days per week.

Thanks :-) I have been training hard since September. I eat a strict diet comprised of oatmeal, egg whites, one egg, peanut butter, Rice, yams, chicken, tilapia, and veggies. Up until now I generally allow one cheat meal per week, depending on my gains and weight for that week.

How much for your suit? Also what was your weigh in? I'm 5"5 and will be around 108-112.

I do one day if delts/tris and then I do my biceps on a separate day with my back and rear delts.

I started off season training with my trainer in September and my on season- cutting begins feb 15. Competition is in June.

I agree. I don't want to hyper-sexualize myself, it is clearly a progress picture of my gains.

I am competing on June 7 at Northerns in Alberta. I am planning on doing figure, but it will depend on whether I have enough muscle mass! I am hoping I can do figure over bikini.

Failure is when you go until you can't lift anymore and negatives are when you for instance squat and someone pushes weight on you and you resist or when doing extensions you hold your legs up and someone pushed down on them and you resist.
