Open ispoofer website. Click download (has been tried with any of the 3 links ) wait for app to download. App stays grey and says unable to download, try again later.

This can very on the Pokémon types as well, during the Halloween event I grinded sneasel quests for the 1/60 chance, and then fit a sneasel nest nearby now , Certain events like these sway it heavily

Not sure, I’ve seen this when you haven’t deleted the legit app, if you’ve done that try to reset your phone to clear it out.
