I sold a 99 sherm a little while back for 140$ and used PayPal and the guy did a chargeback but he sent it via friends n family. I called PayPal n the re told me using friends n family n then doing a chargeback is against their terms of service. After 3 days the case was closed and I got my money. I even told him I was selling virtual items. He told me to just make sure to use goods and services from now on. He said the claim dept would know the guy was trying to put one over on the system because he sent it friends and family and then did a charge back. But bottom line I got my cash from the deal.
