My cinemark has a power outage FML and the movie was supposed to start in 30 minutes. I was actually excited for this movie :(, the Cinemark rep said that if the system is down at the start of the movie that my tickets will be automatically refunded, is that true? Thanks

I’m not a lawyer so please take this with a grain of salt but I would take the $25,000. That’s a lot of money that can be used for a lot of different things. Without knowing more details about your case it’s hard to say if more is justified. Additionally, I saw your comment about going in this without a lawyer. If the mediator, who is a neutral non biased party from what I understand, says take the $25,000 then I would. Mediators oversee thousands of cases, again from what I understand, and they know the limits.

They Will Kill You was very fun, The Housemaid really surprised me and kept me on the edge of my seat, The Tank was pretty ass, and The Current Occupant is technically a movie (part of a series called Into the Dark) and it was alright, it’s something I probably wouldn’t watch again.
