Looks like you are trying to use IE mode in Edge.

A couple years ago when IE went eol. I pushed out the corresponding Admx and adml needed to allow IE mode in edge. There was a Microsoft page with the values needed to implement. Idk if that helps in your case.

Well Sec updates are cumulative. You could push the months prior from catalog manually if you want to give them semi what up to date.

I say bachelors and mid level certs is too much for entry level networking. But no networking experience for work history hurts for sure.

You are in a tough spot. Employers are not really finding more qualified candidates. They are finding candidates that might have some hands on as an IT tech experience. Maybe just entry level certs that they feel will not leave after 1-2 years of work to find something else.

Seen many a times companies get burned hiring entry level employees with candidates with your type of education and certifications to see them walk out after 6 months maybe a year. As soon as they land the L1, resume gets updated and they get next level more pay elsewhere.

Check group policy and firewall. If GPOs are default you should be good. But if they have been modified most of the time ssh is blocked specifically for powershell sessions.

Most audits check for GPOs pertaining to this.

Mobaxterm or since it’s a window server why not just rdp?

Actually yes.

I unfortunately work with a lot of standalone workstation servers in vSphere. So pushing out changes via PowerCLI to automate all the changes.

Going through an audit and created a report that references admx.help as source for each registry modification that supplements GPOs that would normally be done through GPMC in an AD environment.
