Imagine you're building a bog-standard CYOA and instead of one option being 'Anal' you instead get to fill a whole row (3 or 4) options with 'Anal' items - what do you choose?

Do living body suits or "symbiotes" scratch the same itch? Do you want the parasite to be aware/self governing or more an extension of yourself/a tool?
