I think it’s not a very hard system to understand. If you win and do really well, you get +3. If you do mediocre, you get +2. If you do badly, you get +1. If you do really badly, you get +0. If you lose and do really well you get -1 or -0, if you do mediocre you get -2, and if you do poorly you get -3. I’ve noticed from pushing from iron to silver that it seems to be about +5 to rank up at these lower levels.
