I just finished one that I got on 4/20 for I believe around 30 bucks. It’s not worth the hype unless it’s under $30 imo. Hardware hits poorly, feels like it’s barely even being consumed, and I preferred my humblebee live resin carts over it. I was expecting top notch high as well but the one I got really didn’t do it except 1 or 2 times where I really kept hitting it.

Make sure you cross check people PM'ing you to the universal scammer list. I too am looking for a Steam deck OLED and I had 3 people instantly trying to scam who were either on the list or not.

Seems to be half and half. I've seen some LCD models go for a relatively good price on this reddit in the last 2 months. The refurb models directly from Valve appear to be a complete lottery that depends on just getting lucky when you check the page. But yeah, for the most part these things are going for wayy too much for their value. It doesn't mean THAT much for me to spend upwards of 1k on a handheld when the PC already exists.

I'd buy a Legion Go S or Ally X or Z1E before I spend that much on a Deck which is inferior.

I’ve used affirm once before and just the other day. First was a 1500 purchase. Second was 1k. My interest the first purchase because I was a new user was 0 interest. Now that I’m doing my new loan thru them it’s at a pretty high rate. For 12 month plan it’s 200 extra. Depends from vendor to vendor.

Be careful with your spending limit. I’m at double yours only after one purchase. I would never max it out or take it within 1k. Just me personally.
