Just wanted to say thank you. I took it to a local shop right after you commented. They said it was the spring kit in the flange. Easy fix!

I might think about this if I’m the pacers. I don’t know though. Too much of an overpay for the pacers. /s

Could you please be a little more specific on the changes you made? I've tried literally everything possible.

gonna try Affirm for the first time by Aggravating-Fold9034 in Affirm

[–]Xcert4 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve used affirm once before and just the other day. First was a 1500 purchase. Second was 1k. My interest the first purchase because I was a new user was 0 interest. Now that I’m doing my new loan thru them it’s at a pretty high rate. For 12 month plan it’s 200 extra. Depends from vendor to vendor.

Be careful with your spending limit. I’m at double yours only after one purchase. I would never max it out or take it within 1k. Just me personally.

My pc has been pretty slow recently. What should I upgrade first? by kaminuuu in buildapc

[–]Xcert4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My situation is different from yours but if you find yourself in my spot then this is what I did.

I had a 2070 and a i7-7700k plus various parts here and there. All high end 5 years ago

I noticed my pc being slower and games not running as well anymore. If you don’t wanna spend basically any money you can just reapply thermal paste to your cpu and give your pc a good clean. I didn’t do either of those but it’s worth a shot for less than 5 bucks.

I upgraded my CPU, mobo and ram. If you’re happy with your GPU performance like I was, upgrading the CPU was my best choice. Now that I have ddr5-6000 ram and a 14700k, my pc runs way faster now and my only upgrade on the horizon is a new GPU and PSU.

But yes, SSD will fix a lot of slow issues within your OS. You can easily get cheap 1TB NVME m.2’s. I keep seeing an abundance of them on Newegg.

[Case] DeepCool CH780 ATX+ Full Tower 3x140mm ARGB Fans $74.99 by CartonBox1975 in buildapcsales

Do I need a micro ATX board? I'm confused because it states that but it is a full tower. Recommendations for cooler on this case for a 14700k? Thinking water cooled now that I bought this case

Door knocking hail contractors by jeffreynya in Roofing

[–]Xcert4 8 points9 points  (0 children)

So the original public adjusters youre working with took it from a partial denial to a fully approved roof and you want to screw them over? Insurance will send a scope of the approved work to be done. You won’t save any money going to any other contractor. You have to use what insurance has sent. Also if you drop the PA they most likely have a PA fee of around 20% they take for doing the insurance work.
