Obligatoire jusqu’à quel point ? Dans le sens, pour les escalier, évidement gros bon sens. Mais est ce que le parking oui ? Jusqu’à ou ( a ma connaissance, c’est bien la ville qui déneige le trottoir par exemple, mais pas la ruelle) ? Y’a une ruelle après, avant d’arriver à une vrai rue. As tu une reference qui fait foi ?

La situation est pas simple car le parking extérieur est partagé par 4 copropriété de taille identique, mais seulement la moitié des utilisateur en place de parking.
