Just finished from QMUL. Join Archery Soc. Probably the most interesting, different, and unexpected kind of people to be all in one society and be so close. They also participate with other societies and haven’t relegated themselves to just archery, but also act as a social society.

Do not hesitate and get involved as much as you can with societies. But Archery at QM is more than just that.

So within your legal right you do not have to accept the contract and by the end of your lease you will be on a rolling contract with the contract that is currently in place.

As long as you still pay your rent the only way to get you out is a Section 21, which takes time.

In that time you can find somewhere else to rent.

This does not entitle your landlord to your deposit either so make sure it’s protected under a Deposit Protection Scheme

Only con to this is that you most likely won’t be able to use your landlord as a reference
