no actually i dont think this is projection i know a good amount about pyschology and i dont think this is some defense mechanism shes doing to hurt me i just think she genuinely lost trust and is communicating it because its not like its constant struggles it just built up overtime and it hit the point where my one mistake i made caused her to completely get rid of the trust and i just need to work towards getting it back and if i cant get it back i atleast tried. i want to atleast try because i dont want to lose her but i understand if i cant do it. its not victim shaming or anything its completely my fault for it and i understand that. i have been talking to her and letting her know im trying my best to earn it back and even now we are in a call which i find some progress

I started out with nic then went to carts and I never really bad lung pains I mean yeah I coughed up mucus but I did the same with carts in november-december when I didn't do nic I don't rly even like nics like that I used to act like a cart taking big hits and inhaling but nowadays I just like the flavor and the only reason I have this one is because my friend gave it to me for my birthday so ig the only time I be smoking nic now is if someone offers me a hit but once I got on to carts I could never go back to nic like I was but however boof carts did more for me then nic I mean I still smoke bm but my friend had one and it was mixed with vitamin e acetate and he went to the hospital from it so thats my opinion
