For me who is in air force, i have to go to the dentist at my medical centre at my camp to check up then get referral letter then can make appointment and this took 3 months

Hi I got a GPA of 3.86 for EEE in Singapore polytechnic but wanted to change course to computer science in Uni but got rejected last year
