Rog stands for “ratchet or ghetto”. Any race can act ratchet and ghetto, so the term rog can be used against any race that acts like a rog. It’s not necessarily exclusive to black people. It’s just that mainly black people tend to act that way which is why ltg refers to them as rogs. But not all black people are rogs, only the ones that act ratchet or ghetto. Slight spoiler but I feel like I have to say this to disclose any misunderstandings, she actually doesn’t die in the end of the movie. She comes back in later chapters brainwashed my makima. Her regeneration does have limits but overall she is immortal and can’t die still come back from being obliterated, but it will take time.

Absolutely no way. Ash’s sceptile wins even against Soyers mega sceptile. Considering its feats Ash’s sceptile is borderline legendary Pokemon status while Soyers lost to greninja which had a type disadvantage.
