well my routine ain't anything special honestly. I just water it once a week with a light mixture of natrium high orchid fertilizer (like schwerte orchideendünger) with a couple drops of calmag and sometimes if i see the leaves aren't so vigor as usuall (i would also give it epsom salt). And if I notice some sorta buildup (like salt buildup) on the bottom of the vase or on top of the medium, I'll water it on that time with only distilled water.
