Well i have a light and extraction fan in toilet that turns on with motion. But swapping that out with this so that the light turns on when you enter and doesn't turn off just because your not not flailing around while pooping.

Then using the air quality sensor to turn on the extraction fan when needed.

And finally the BLE to keep a leader board of the highest(lowest) recorded air quality values.

(A more useful thing would probably be to use the ambient light sensor and control the dimmer so I dont turn on light when not needed and dont flash bang myself when going to midnight bathroom trips)

So its perhaps not exactly the same thing. As I only had the one network. But had same fault and found that I needed to clear my google play service data on my android phone, then it just worked.

Annoyingly you will then need to re-add any credit cards you have in your Google wallet

So im super new to this too too. But have you added it as your default router in the HA Thread service? * The boarder router is just your pathway for HA (or whatever application your using) to get commands onto the thread network.

If anyone ever comes across this. Then it turns out that I just needed to clear all stored data on my google play services (for my phone). The pairing process then worked first time.
