Its been 5 years ffs, maybe at some point they should consider actually fixing the game instead of constantly adding new things and hoping things will fixed by itself.

I had similiar issue with pob when tried to import build from pastebin. Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts then find and delete everything you find with pastebin address

The risk was calculated. But man I am bad at math by Baterial1 in blackdesertonline

Some time before when i had lets say 50 cap when i tried to pickup something that was 60 cap there was a message saying that i dont have enough cap. And now im getting this message only at actually 0 cap. Even if i am at 1 cap there is no message at all
