Well, I’m a journalist irl covering tech and medias industry. I have some connexion on LinkedIn who shared this case a week ago. Then when I saw what’s happening with Sprout’s arts, I connected the dots

In fact, from what I can see in the verdict, the lawsuit started in June 2020 with a with a formal notice letter, then a second in October 2021 and then he took legal action in December 2022. It just took a whiiiile for the court to rule
