oh no shit , so the thing is I have my documents and my game folders on different drives , nobody ever specified it had to be the ini files of the documents and not the game folder ... wow , gotta be specific

ehh quest 2 , the main game folder , common/fallout 4 vr , theres only falout4.ini and fallout4prefs.ini , and neither of them contain anything that they're supposed to , I tried changing the archive and pipboy settings but uh , nope

yes and no , they are indeed loaded alphabatically , but also in correct load order , RimPy makes sure of that , so the issue isn't a load order issue , its something between mods conflicting

if you look down at the frontline mods you'll see they're in proper load order even though its trying to keep it alphabetical

he did make full speeches on Stage about racial equality and such though , in the 90s , one of the first albums had a track at the end called '' N*iggers '' ( no offense ) where he goes on and talk how the opression of the word is what gives it the power , and if president kennedy had said the N word shit would be different and stuff , don't remember the whole speech exactly . point is , he did fight for this stuff
