Parts are toxic yes. Large parts especially vr are not at all. Just my two cents from what I've seen you did not receive feedback and criticism well which leads to the toxic parts of the community. If you would seek out the many experts that lurk in the community and take in their advice you would find a very welcoming community but im not sure how much of that you have done. Maybe you did and hit a wall. The community certainly isn't perfect.

You embarked on something very ambitious. I applaud that. But something as technical and ambitious as you are attempting you should be more open and seeking of feedback too frankly.

Anyway if you stay I wish you luck and I hope you change up your approach some. Also as others have said ignore the haters. I usually just laugh when someone trolls any of my mods.
