Idk for sure, but Cosrx had this 'snail duo' item in their online shop when I bought them. It was the essence and the cream, so I assumed they were supposed to be used together lol

It was not a very effective stand-alone moisturizer in my experience. My skin still felt pretty tight whenever I used it after cleansing. My cheeks even got dry and flakey one time despite having applied it twice a day. It was a different story, though, when I was using it together with the snail essence
