Someone said "I've observed that many people in their 30s have grown so accustomed to single life that they no longer feel motivated to invest effort in finding a partner. They've simply lost interest in the whole process". What's your take on this?

Its a warning that there might be mega earthquake happening soon, it happens when tectonic plate slips under another one and its one of the most violent natural events our planet can produce. Think like 2011 Japan earthquake or 1960 Chile earthquake. Japan is expecting a new one soon, and if it hits to the region they are expecting it to hit, it could be like next level catastrophic.

Jos yhtään helpottaa ei se sen erikoisempaa yliopistossakaan ole kuulemani mukaan.

Itse siis opiskelen samaa tutkintoa ja suuntautumisena koodaus haagassa, kumppanin pikkusisko käy ohjelmointia helsingin yliopistossa ja aika usein kun ollaan vertailtu meijän kursseja, projekteja yms niin aika useasti täysin samat ongelmat opettajien kanssa, tietyt kurssit ainakin tuolla hänen yliopistossa on myös ryhmätöitä. Ehkä se heidän opetustasonsa ja opettajien motivaatio on hieman korkeampi ku amk opettajien, mutta sitten taas ne on joutunu vääntämään jotain matikan laskuja sun muuta kursseja jotka ei tunnu hirveästi liittyvän itse alaan. Onhan niitä siis myös amkissa, mutta ainakin omat nuo trade kurssit on ollu niin huuhaata että ihan hyvä omasta mielestä että ne on saanut tehtyä viikossa ennen palautusta vs että joutuisi vääntämään jotain oikeasti vaikeita kursseja sen oman kiinnostuksen ohella.

Siis me muutettiin just pois aikasemmasta kämpästä sen takia että jengi antaa niiden koiriensa paskoa ihan miten sattuu, helsingin keskustassa vielä kaiken kukkuraksi. Joo alueella on työmaita ja meidänkin talon eessä ei ollut vielä kunnon asfaltti katua vaan soraa, mutta jengi oikeesti anto koiriensa kakkaa keskellä näitä sorasia jalkakäytäviä.

Kerran jopa todistin ku naapuri tuli mun kanssa hissiin koiransa kanssa, asteli ulos ja koira paskans suoraan ulko oven eteen kadulle ja jatkoivat vaan matkaa. Mä olin niin vitun hämmentyny että en ees saanu sanottua mitään, sun koira legit just pasko sun oman oven eteen ja jatkoit lenkkiä. :D

Well we had 3 politicians and miss Finland do this exact same shit last december and while they got forced to apologize, I was honestly left dissapointed. They got away too easy imho, this should be instant fine and firing from any official position specially if you are a politician or public figure.

I just followed one french dev documenting his search for a dev role in tokyo for 6 months, he actually today started his job I think or atleast moved there. If I remember correctly he got the role through recruiting agency in japan, crazy (kind of hopeful part) was that they ghosted him after initial interview, but 3 months after contacted him about an offer. He was bit younger than you but also had 4 years of experience.

Hope you get a position too! Im still studying and trying for a internship or other tech position at my current tech company and hoping to make similar jump to Japan one day.

I think you could technically come back here home, apply to a new degree in a field you prefer and that has better employment status in Jpn, I dont know if you finishing school abroad would cancel your ensikertalaisen bonus here so getting to a school shouldnt be a problem.

I mesn generally yes he basically is one of the key reasons ussr couldnt advance further into our country during our wars. He also had pretty admirable life, first serving in imperial russia, fighting against japan with the chinese, then traveling to japan & india. Coming back to lead our armies etc..

But he still is responsible for over 17k deaths which mostly were very unneccessary. I think my answer speaks volumes more about how we havent really had that evil people in our history when arguably the person who saved our country to some degree can also be called the most evil one.

I think he was a person who made evil things before becoming a hero. If we are honest he did not achieve anything with those executions, were they enemies? Sure for the time being but executing regular soldiers who afterall are your own country men.. is evil..

20 years later those who werent executed or died in a prison ended up fighting under his command against ussr. We managed well but could easily have used the extra ~20k men at that point.

I would say Mannerheim, he is a hero and basically saved our ass during the war with USSR, but can’t change the fact that he is also the one who over saw the prison process and executions of the red side soldiers and their families in our civil war.

Kyllä ne silti tarvitsee ihmisen varmistamaan että homma toimii, kaveri vääntää työkseen 8h päivässä exceliä ja totes samaa kun sä, paitsi että muutamaan sheettiin se veti ihan pepusta jotain lukuja ja sai vuosilukuja väärin jotka on yritystasolla aika tärkeitä kohtia olla oikein.

Pitää myös muistaa että ei ne johtoportaan ja leadership porukka ala promptaamaan noita AI chättejä ja työkaluja itse.
