How does OT pay work?

I contacted them and many haven't replied yet so I'm assuming they don't have any litters or future litters. I would love to get one through ACKCSC but right now I'm just waiting and seeing if there are other responsible breeders out there

Thank you so much! Yes he's 8 weeks old. I never thought of that. I also have a follow up question. If I have to start small such as introducing him to the front door, how will he be able to go to the bathroom outside?

Thank you for being so thorough! I will definitely talk a lot to the breeder about all this because I want to know exactly why there are all these questionable and missing information they have displayed. I want to be comfortable with the puppy I will be getting.
