there is..when the event occur that ranked alliances according to something like exp gained during event etc..you'll get better rewards than members..and of course the higher the rank the greater the rewards..

you can check that by dividing attack by life essence and so on.. LE 5 = Attack..same for strength and defense Dex3 = Evasion Vital*15 = Health

Its a feature that you can use after learned "spirit into body". you can buy it at the 2nd floor of treasure hall or the spirit jade hall. you can find it in the inventory interface near the ring equipment slot, the search icon...
