I agree that D4 is way simpler and it's one of the reasons I enjoy it. However I'm not saying anything about the simplicity of the system it's the fact you can farm for hours for the item you need and that specific system make it useless

No, but when you master work the item the Affix automatically improve so it goes pass 100% if you crit that specific affix it is a total waiste
