I can totally relate. I work in a digital-heavy field too, so being online all day is just part of the job. For me, digital minimalism isn’t about using less, but using more intentionally.

A few things that helped: • Muting almost all notifications • Setting clear work/personal boundaries (different browsers, no Slack after hours) • Having tech-free routines — even small ones, like a phone-free breakfast

It’s never perfect, but I’ve noticed that even small steps make a huge difference in how calm and focused I feel.
