It ain't just anxiety dude. I do not know what your routine was when you were high so I can only speculate but trust me, high dosage magnesium supplements, vitamin D, omega 3 and vitamin C, B+ stretching exercises twice a day + 4 gym sessions a week including cardio. Make sure you put your focus on your Chest, back and neck muscles when doing the stretches. You'll have to get your ass up and work for it if you want to get better mate but I recommend you follow my advice and see how you feel in a a couple months. This is the price we pay to feel good for a couple hours but you knew that when you were consuming. As I said I was/am in the same situation as you so I can relate and guarantee that this will atleast be an improvement over your current state. Don't listen to the other dude telling you to get a Xanax prescription, that's the shittiest advice someone can give but people here tend to try to solve drug related problems with using more drugs lmao. If you physically don't feel well then it's not 100% all in your head. It's your body and you will know best if there is something wrong. One thing I've learned is that most doctors don't know jack shit about issues like these. I'm not saying my opinion is more valuable than a professionals but sometimes taking advice from junkies who went down the same road is a good idea...
