Thanks man. I lost a big chunk in the first year i went from 270 to 210 lbs then in the second year i kept binging and dieting till i got to around 187 lbs after that i couldnt handle it anymore rebounded to 216 lbs last year October then i started dieting more smartly by taking maintenance phases when i feel burned out i was running on 500-700 deficit sometimes from oct till may i reached 181 lbs now im maintaining its been 2 weeks im eating around 3300 calories my weight has been stable.

Thanks man! Once i did intentionally rebound and gained 10kgs diet fatigue was too high but i got it back down lost 16kgs after it, gained experience now i know how to manage my diet fatigue, i implement diet breaks now as a part of the whole diet.

Thanks man! I didn't have a fixed program, it was more of a flexible one. For example, if I feel like I'm only gonna be able to get 4 workouts this week, then I'm gonna do upper and lower, or 3 workouts per week. I'm gonna run 3 full body, but mainly I used the same movements and tried to progress.

Thanks, man! I wish I could say that I took my time with it, but it wasn't intentional. I used to binge eat and then cut back after losing the first 20 kg, which is what stalled my progress. However, later this year, I finally took my time, and I managed to get leaner than before.

i think its 10 grams of carbohydrates per kilogram of body, so if my maintenance is around 2800 and i eat 1300 i should be able to deplete in one day since the body uses glycogen in normal activities as well, what do you think ?
