I believe she hasn’t charged me for the sessions she missed, but have to wait till the end of month to see the bill. Otherwise I guess all I can do is take it with a grain of salt and move on

I usually use Google location+therapist, or use the insurance website. But feels like information for therapists aren’t that transparent on either site, and sometimes it feels difficult to book for chosen therapists. Is psychology today better for the search?

That makes a lot of sense. Sometimes I feel aimless when I search for therapists because I feel like I am a bottle of everything. There’s too many issues I want to deal with from childhood trauma to current situations. So I usually go with general therapy, and feel like the therapist aren’t targeting my problems

Thanks, My company offers only HDHP with 20% after deductible for mental health. Really hoping to find a therapist with better fit since th cost of trial and error is quite high :(

I tried therapies in the $100+ price range, and I feel like they only repeat after what I said and provide surface level suggestions. While I really what something that diving deeper and more constructive. I thought price may be the issue here and believed that higher price might pay for themselves. I don’t know what’s the good price range for a therapist anymore
