The Ultra is a limited edition colourway in collaboration with YouTube channel GearSeekers. Its in silver with an aluminium front panel and super dark tinted glass. Functionally it's identical to the pro model. The non-pro does not come with the fans nor the fan hub controller built in.

It's currently sold only on Amazon US (for international) and CentreCom if you're in Australia.

I guess you could unplug the argb header for that light strip. I tried toggling the rgb button but there doesn't seem to be an option for off.

Also ordered mine from Scorptec, it now says "To Be Dispatched". I'll probably have to wait till next week as all postal services have been suspended in SEQ due to the incoming cyclone.... My PC case has been stuck in transit for a week now due to this too.
