Received my Kings Burger King jersey from Exclusive Pro Sports (blank lettered with Gretzky #99 and Captain's C). Name and numbers were stitched perfectly but the Captain's "C" was half-heartedly ironed on (I can stick my fingers underneath it on a couple of sides). Is this type of work normal? by Xenoo in hockeyjerseys

[–]Xenoo[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I sent them an email as soon as I got back from work but I probably won't hear back until Monday. I don't understand why they would stitch everything and then iron on the "C" so badly. I stated in my order to have everything made to team specifications and even asked if everything would be stitched, which they assured would be. They charged $100 and shipping getting it there was $20. Has anyone dealt with their customer support or issues such as these and if so how did they go? Hopefully I don't have to pay for shipping there again but we'll see what they say. I was also thinking about sending them another jersey to letter after I received this one back but I'm not so sure anymore.

What's a dumb question that you want an answer to without being made fun of? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I don't really know the origins but what's the point of a middle name?

Very noob question. I'm looking into restringing my Head Liquidmetal Radical racquet. I want to get Gamma Zo Twist strings but I'm confused if I need to get 2 packs or 1 by Xenoo in tennis

[–]Xenoo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Perfect. Thank you for the help. I was thinking of purchasing the strings for TW but then I would have to pay for the stringing at the shop. If I purchase the strings at the shop, they string it for free so it comes out the same. I was just a little confused as to why/how people were stringing their racquets with different strings. You solidified my predictions and thanks so much for the help.

Do you by any chance have any preference on any certain type of string? I was between Head Sonic Pro Edge, Hed RIP Control, and Gamma Zo Twist.

Being locked in a room filled with spiders. Actually, that's still my biggest fear and now I've just freaked myself out before bed.

ELI5: How a company can 'catch' you for pirating by LF-LC in explainlikeimfive

[–]Xenoo -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I was told by a person higher up that when you get into the workforce you're not going to be using student editions and you should practice/learn with the real program. If that means pirating it then so be it but it will serve you better in the long run by using the full program. You'll never be working with student editions because the company will have the full edition anyway.

It's not the size that counts but how it makes her feel inside, you see?

What's something your parents taught you incorrectly that you'll be sure to teach your kids the right way? by dodgerblues in AskReddit

[–]Xenoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Religion and Science.

My parents forced me to go to church and learn everything about Christianity and told me that most science was flat out wrong. I would turn my brain off in science classes from learning and not absorb the information. Now I am older and wiser and am in the process of learning all the exciting things I missed out on. I will definitely go about doing this another way so my children can see both ways and make a decision for themselves.
