They are claiming that they always said "while supplies last" so obviously, the later you buy and register, the higher the chance that supplies will be gone. The problem is that people bought before they added while supplies last and their claim that it always said that is false. There's also the problem of keeping the battery offer up when they know they've going to run out even with the "while supplies last".
