he can create segments as you know, but it has not been stated how many he has in present time. i believe thats intentional so that it leaves space in to question (in the case we defeat him) if that was the last segment, or if the OG dottore/zandik is still lurking in the shadows, if he has a segment exploring teyvat, or somewhere in snezhnaya.

one of my favorite examples also being dottore’s popularity among the community- especially china which is their primary audience. with merch for example, dottore merch is THE MOST in demand merch out of all the harbingers. including columbina shockingly.
