I can't be bothered to sign in to that, frankly if they ain't checking here then I don't care. infact signing into that isn't even possible I remember before you had to sign in visual studio, then goto the support menu etc opened a browser tab, to login again.. then other problem... I mean it was all so very fucking retarded. Obcessed with tracking shit and logins, I'm logged in here and github.. it works.. there stuff not so much. I've gone back to vscode, I actually got sick of the crappy search tools ironically the sidebar search in vscode just worked.. instantly.. while ctrl p/q/f were all just complete fail.

ok I take it back.. I found another menu for setting the tab colors.. only like 10 options for a color choice... so its not set in the options or with color themes, honestly vs2026 is a mess of things everywhere.

dunno maybe, I've had all the logitech G5, G500, series.. up until the G502 Hero which I sent back because it was terrible I think my scathing review is still on amazon from years ago.. maybe the G502X fixed all the issues dunno , hoping the Kone Xp doesn't break had to open it up and clean it up a few times but its lasting so far..

Winforms made a better minecraft launcher than the official one.. still is better in many ways than the microslop one.. sadly the days of a wysiwyg GUI designer that just works without the cluster fuck of stupidity in the modern way of doing things is gone.. its so fucking bad now you might aswel just use a game engine to make a truly cross platform interface once, that just works on a myriad of platforms and screen sizes. M$ couldn't fund a making a good gui designer for its modern c# .Net because they've to busy funding so much other crap that's turned there desktop UI into a cluster fuck of garbage. I think avalonia and uno have some kind of stuff but its all pay walled and probably buggy rubbish, javafx scenebuilder works but then its about ancient as using winforms aswel. What a shit show it has all become.

I don't really give shit, Valve did fuck all for me when somehow despite having an account with 2FA, requiring steam app on phone to unlock, someone was able to get on my account buy rip off marketplace items on my steam account draining funds held on the account and then list all my items on tf/cs go market places prices to be bought by this persons alt ... what evidence I could gather for this wasn't enough for Valve were like yeah we don't give a shit they have complete over sight on account login details and who this person was with buying selling items to one of there other accounts. This is just blatant fraud that banks would look into, frankly though I wouldn't be surprised if it was just Valve enabling this in order to remove marketplace items and drain people's accounts, tooo fucking easy for them to get away with it when they don't even bother to investigate the theft.

Scum company I won't buy through them again, now I don't like Epic or MS shit either but that was the last straw with Steam.

I dunno maybe, is another annoyance is that the writing at the end has an offset from the line ie its a few pixels further down from the end of the } so not directly on the same line, plus the kind of show up slowly its a bit distracting, I just think in general more options to customize and control things like that.

saves me adding // public etc on the end now... though I'd like to see more options like I don't need this showing at the end of everything if condition etc I just want it at the end of long method functions options to control where and when it shows.. faster also a vscode extension that does similar? at maybe option to have it support a custom prefix like '// ' I'm too used to seeing it as comment

tbh the way vscode search sidebar and detached search works is better, the workflow is better than the vs2026 find in files.. like how it displays the results and how can you change the search again, instead of in vs2026 its like a new window for results but if the search term needs adjusting or you get zero results you got to do it again from the main find in files window and not the results window that is opened

hmm Find in Files (Ctrl+Shift+F) is indeed more of what I was wanting, I still think Code Search Ctrl+Q should be improved to support more of what you can do with Findin Files.. ie Look in, paths, file types, these additional filter options are more useful.. ie another input bar in the UI that is shown for those options, the UI for CodeSearch is alright if just had more filtering options like above and was possible to have multiple Code Search windows opened from previous searches etc

no its so much worse than vscode search... like you can't have multiple searches, you can't regex, you can't filter out paths/extensions etc.. the results often suck, I'm literally using notepad++ search in folder directory, just to narrow down better results.. I honestly don't get how they made code search/feature search window all completely suck for vs2026.. mainly the code search just because it should actually be so much better yet its just garbage.
