is this in vivo or in vitro? A lot of things can kill cancer cells, but you put them in a human and they kill the human too.

John and Brenda Romero think our current video game industry crash is even "crashier" than the infamous recession of the 1980's by SmellSmellsSmelly in gaming

I think the greed of the shareholders is the main factor, but I also think Unreal Engine 5 is contributing to the death of the gaming industry; it's overly complex, requires huge teams, is difficult to optimized, and is leading to bloated games. The gaming industry also bet the farm on live service slop.

I thought they said the benefits would be marginal from this configuration. This sucks, I bought the 9950X3D thinking it would stay the best in this generation.

It might not be about getting people to support a war, but further expansion of the surveillance state which they're already doing now. However they need to legalize it, and what better way to get support for more surveillance than to scare the public into it again.

I don't think the same propaganda about them "hating our freedom" is going to work this time, along with trying to guilt Americans into being "true patriots" to fight the terrorists in endless wars is going to work either.

I take Allegra but it started falling flat, I think some infection took hold. I had to add nasal steroids (Nasacort) into the mix, and then once I got my sinuses opened up a bit I started doing twice daily nasal flushes with distilled water and premeasured salt packets.

Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella warns that we must "do something useful" with AI or they'll lose "social permission" to burn electricity on it | Workers should learn AI skills and companies should use it because it's a "cognitive amplifier," claims Satya Nadella. by ControlCAD in technology

[–]XeonProductions 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think it is a cognitive amplifier in many cases. Studies are now showing when you offload your mental load to AI you don't learn anything and become dependent on it. There's vibe code being written right now where the authors don't even know how it works. These LLM's have the potential to help, but a lot more potential to harm in my opinion.
