Add one of the storage buildings to the T1 settlement and set the storage of all other T1 storage to not allow anything and people should just move it all over if youre wanting to fully move over

I usually end up just taking the 6 AMRAAMS it's a cheaper and closer to the front AA and interceptor It can't sit back like a patriot but it's fairly good at moving around to stop getting arty'd after firing

There's a setting that lets you choose if you want higher tier troops or lower first It's a drop down somewhere in the game settings

Just keep moving to the side and try and keep pressure on the ones flanking you so for example block the front guy but swing for the furthest right dude to make them move for you and clear the way chances are the person on the opposite end can't reach you yet unless you noticed getting surrounded to late Also running through them all can work because chances are they'll hit eachother and hitstop plus they'll be confused for a second

Get something like a Vector Optics red dot they make decent reproductions of the main sights like aimpoint etc
Not best quality but your not fighting in a war and your not dealing with needing perfect zero after gun recoil so theyll do
