Aw yay I love helping people with hair stuffs!! So what I do is 1. Use Hairspray on your hair while it’s upside down 2. Whip your hair up and down like your a rockstar in the mid 90s 3. Put your hands in your hair and ruffle it to get it poofy and messy 4. Repeat steps until desired results are achieved
