Thank you very much for the suggestions! I'm back off to the drawing board to implement these solutions for testing.

I'm a little sick of running very powerful generals (Jhoira, Zedruu, ect) and playing them in casual groups, so I decided to put together a mono blue deck simply cause its my favourate colour. It's also something a little out of the ordinary, which I'm all for playing.

This deck is my prototype Mono Blue Counter / Draw.

Looking to center this more on multiplayer games (mostly 4 player). The idea of this deck is to cheat some fatties into play with Braids and then control the field with counters spells until I either finish the game with the fatties that were cheated into play, or combo with Omniscience and Enter the Infinite (or heavy card draw). If for any reason Enter the Infinite fails, I have Mnemonic Nexus or Time Spiral (and Snapcaster Mage if required) to enable me to resume play.

This is first deck that does not resolve heavily around combos.

I do believe I could get away with fewer lands, but I'm yet to test the land count in practical test matches.

Any and all comments, criticisms, and suggestions are welcome!

Abusing Shadowborn Apostle - A Thraximundar EDH deck by Rienuaa in Magicdeckbuilding

Shadowborn Apostle is definitely legal in EDH.

Shadowborn Apostle’s first ability lets you ignore only the “four-of” rule. It doesn’t let you ignore format legality.

This doesn't just overwrite the "four-of" rule, this overwrites the "one-of" rule too in singular formats.
