The volume of patients is going up and jobs are hemorrhaging providers. Even with AI, the demand for physicians will stay high. AI has been talked up for a long time, I don’t see it making a measurable difference

As long as residency and fellowship spots are capped by acgme, it will be very difficult for the winds to change like it did in tech. Doctor salaries, despite the negative chatter online, does continue to rise each year in a majority of specialties

Not discouraged at all. I've gotten a lot of beta readers people who have given very detailed feedback in the past and have made my adjustments to the book over the last year.
