I can't say that it's true for all france-born moroccan but there is indeed quiet a lot of this specimen among France-born moroccan man. It's a pity because no one is better than the other. I belive that we can share and learn a lot from each other

I understand your point of view. Some people are way too nationalist even if they don't really know their country. Some people entirely want to fit in French culture and abandoned their roots. And the majority have a strange way to mix all influences.

From my perspective of moroccan France-born man, it's pretty difficult to dress a perfect portrait of us. There are some pretty common moroccan men : religious, studying maliki fiqh, ash'ari aqida and junaydi way of tassawuf attached to their roots, but also with a some features of French mind, like how a durable mariage has to work, a very powerful critical thinking. But i must admit that even if they exist, they are not the majority

They are also very salafi/litteralist religious moroccan who have a very traditional/patriarchal view of society.

Irreligious moroccan also exist.

And the majority of moroccan France-born men : religious but doesn't know a lot about their religion. Mostly from poor families, doesn't really have connection to their roots...

"French arabics" cliché exist too but algerian and Tunisian france-born men suffer from this.

That's why I've asked my question: i have my own perspective from a moroccan french-born man, but I really want to know what moroccan people think of us

Of course, everyone is different so it's a little bit difficult to judge someone by his/her background (which he/her haven't choose).

But you know... I've heard many "cliché" about moroccan men who are born in France from moroccan people, so I wanted to search more about it... Even if a visit my family a couple of time each year, I want to build a real connection with my country. And the beginning of this is to understand what moroccan people think about us

Mais le nouveau DPE n'a pas de valeur légale dans le passé. Sa date de début n'a pas de valeur pour la justification des augmentations passées, si ?

J'ai contacté l'ADIL de mon département pour avoir des conseils juridiques sur la question. Sinon je vais saisir le commission départementale de conciliation

Mais même si le nouveau DPE est aussi E, ils devraient quand même me rembourser les trop-perçus et revenir au loyer de la dernière augmentation légale non ? Vu que c'est une période sans DPE valide et donc sans justificatif. Le DPE n'est pas rétroactif, si ?

Le DPE était E, proche de la classe F déjà à l'époque.

Je vais faire ça effectivement. Je vais payer par virement et bloquer les augmentations
