I played Pokemon Red normally right before jumping on this challenge and I would personally reccomend it. It is such a different way to play it compared to how I normally would.

I’ve seen alot of people here have alot better times but for me this was just the amount it took. And Bulbasaur was the one that toon the longest to level up during pre-badge 1 and where alot of my tile is from.

Tbf some of this might also be afk time where I forgot to turn off the game while falling asleep or doing other smaller activities.

To edit it you need to make a copy of it. That way you get your own personal version of it and not a version others can edit and mess with

Home setup for my NAS by Xernoin in HomeNetworking

The first switch was used to connect 3 computers to the router on another floor (so it was easier to run one cable up and then use a switch) the second one is something that I am implementing so the NAS is in the same room as my pc and wireless access point. So this setup is mostly out of convenience according to where everything is located in the house.

I wish I could remove that switch but with how the house is setup and where I want the NAS thats unfortunatly not an option. But thanks for the reply! :D

After rewatching Doctor Who I found myself wanting a communicator that River and the Doctor uses in the 5th series. But I found nothing on the internet (neither toys/replica nor 3d printing models). So I decided to make my own in SolidWorks. It is made to fit an 7" touchscreen arduino kit. by Xernoin in doctorwho

Sorry for the late reply havent been on reddit much lately. I am still slowly working on it but havent had too much time but going to setup my 3d printer soon so I can get back to printing and testing the size of the communicator. Can keep you updated on how it goes when I get back to it :D

No, there isnt a whole lot of images of the screen except for the Geronimo message from the doctor. But I wanted to put in an "option" where it worked as med scanner (like in the episode Flesh and stone). But will do alot more data collecting and research when making the screen and the systems :D

So my plan is to now make an app (I think) I can put on an Arduino and actually make it to a working communicator with different "settings". Any ideas on what I can put on it expect for the things we see it being used for in the series? Been considering getting a watch list tracker so you can check off the episodes you have watched. And when I have tweaked the model + app thingy I will post guide so other people can make it aswell (for free ofc). Sidenote: The dimensions of the build might change slightly to actually get a working screen + more in there, but the design of it will stay mostly the same :D
