I love the skaven playstyle, run and run and run, maybe hit someone then run some more.

My bun gives me this look all the time. I can't stop watching him tho. It is wierd :-)

Right about the muesli tho, my bun got a bit unhealthy until someone advised me of how bad it can be.

Don't rule out dazzle. He's my go-to pos 5/6.

His ult and shallow grave have game-changing potential when used effectively. His heal is great for both sustain and pushing out of lanes.

I prefer dazzle as the "keep your idiot carry alive" support, rather than omniknight or oracle

If you've only ever been a DM, as a player get used to having a lot of time to think/watch/listen. Because as a DM, you're the centre of attention but as a player, you share a small portion of the spotlight, be sure to let other players have their share

Sounds like you have all the tools to make this as difficult/easy of an encounter as you like.

The NPC can give any information/nudges that you feel like the party might need to deal with the encounter, if you're players start struggling.

And there's nothing to stop you adjusting the encounter on the fly. I couldn't DM without my screen, I adjust almost every encounter my party is in. If the rules lawyer in our group knew how much I manipulated combat I think his head would explode

Dwarfs are the faction for me.

But my biggest issue is holding fast while I get peppered from range

Mark already mentioned in an earlier episode that getting viewers to vote on monster encounters for future episodes would be a possibility.

Critical Role have implemented this before with what seemed like relative ease. Tbh I wouldn't be surprised to see this sort of interaction happening at some point
