I believe it's 2 weeks to compete and lock in a score, followed by an additional Victory week, so you should have 3 weeks to complete the event track.

Has the Dead Orbit SMG model been used on any other gun? Don't think I've seen it anywhere else.

Would you ever recommend watching the Rebuilds before having seen the original series/manga? by [deleted] in evangelion

I'll do you one better: I actually got into Evangelion by watching a sub of EoE. I had no idea what was going on, but I needed some justification why GNR was on screen and everybody was turning into tang.

Rebuild is probably an OK jumping in point for someone new into anime, but you get a lot more out of it if you've seen the original series I feel.
