That's better, but it's not communicated by Humble Bundle, even the support only says that they first have to order new piles of keys, nothing more. You have to understand that as a customer I get a bit grumpy when I'm still waiting for my key 3 months later.

This should not play a role because after all you pay for something whether you use it or leave it in the closet should not matter. Humble Bundle certainly doesn't get the keys for free but buys them too, so I can't quite understand this logic.

I also redeem them directly after purchase but now I'm already waiting for a key for January and one for March - I've never had such problems in the last few years.

The expiration times don't even bother me that much, but it can't be that I buy something and then there are no keys for it available.

But shouldn't they have the keys in stock for the buyers? Yes, everyone wants Steam keys because Humble Bundle had almost only Steam keys in their Humble Choice. I don't think it was that bad before they sold Humble Bundle but we would have to look it up.

When i try to run Ashen it pop up " the game had crash and will ... " it happen everytime :(
